Our building was recently known as the Pier One Building. However, the City of Fort Worth purchased this building late last year. It began a roof replacement program on our Building Jan. 31, 2022. The roofing replacement will take place over a 60-day period, and will have some associated changes to the parking, entryway, and related functions of the building. During this time, our clients, guests or delivery drivers must comply with these temporary changes. There will be safety personnel supporting the roof implementation, it is critical that those visiting within the site adhere to safety instructions from this team.

Please see the MAP BELOW. Follow the BLUE ARROWS from the East or South to Enter the Parking Garage on P4, the top level/street level, at the South East Corner of our Building. Once you are on the P4 level of the Parking Garage, upon reaching the Lift Gate, press the button to speak to Security. State whom you are to see. We are on the 20th Floor. Security will lift the gate to allow entry, parking and departure.
The South East Bldg. Entrance doors will be the main entry to the building during this time. They will be open from 7:00AM-6:00PM, Monday through Friday. The doors will be locked on weekends and building holidays. A security person will be posted at the South Entrance doors Monday- Friday from 7:00AM – 6:00PM. Everyone needs to follow the arrows in the parking lot, and no one should drive counter to the flow of traffic.
